What are Frequencies are in Ascended Frequencies?

We’ve gotten questions about what frequencies we use with our frequencies. Is it 396? 528? 936? And the answer is none of them (unless we state it is in the name and branding as you can find in our Chakra Frequencies Album, Videos, & Playlist) and fun fact they are never just 1 frequency or even frequencies you are used to. 

All of our frequencies are a series of channeled numbers (usually a trinity set of numbers meaning 3 sets of numbers such as 492Hz – 124Hz – 7492Hz, which is the channeled frequency of Security & Stability) ranging anywhere from 100 – 12000 which I then turn into frequencies and play them together creating a combined trinity of frequencies into 1 sound, vibration & energy.

In doing so creates a feeling and energetic reaction in your mind and body as the Frequency creates the energy of the name of the Frequency. And the best part is that you fully tune and absorb the effects simply by playing the frequency through speakers. You don’t have to sit and meditate for the desired effects unless you want to. We literally will have the frequency on 24/7 in the living room, in our bedroom, when we’re in the shower, listening to music whether it’s Ascended Frequencies Music or not, while vacuuming or cleaning, while cooking, in the car when on the road, or even while shopping with headphones in! We literally live immersed in Ascended Frequencies.

(And let me tell you when we’re not it’s like living in a world with less vibrancy or color)

This is also why Ascended Frequencies is unlike any other frequency channel, video or audio you’ve ever experienced, and why you have been searching for this for as long as you have.

In our years of testing frequencies we’ve discovered it only takes 7 1/2 minutes to align your frequency with the shot, so experience each shot for at least 8 minutes for maximum effectiveness. This is why our frequencies are 11-12 minutes long (when the frequencies are this long we call the Frequency Shots) and it’s also why we sleep to our frequencies for MASSIVE shifts, tuning, and staying at higher vibrations while we are sleeping. What does “Channeled” mean? It means we think of a frequency we want to tune into and create on the physical plane and ask our guides for the numbers and then once we receive them we write them down and Michael programs digital tone generators, adds low bass notes that harmonize with the frequencies to allow relaxation and soothing in the vagus nerve, and balances them out to create the over all tone and sound of the combined trinity of frequencies into what you hear!
