A Frequency Shot is a “Shot” (A Short Attunement) of a frequency code mixed with a harmonizing low bass note. The Frequency Codes is a Highly Specific code that attunes you to a specific frequency.

(Did you know frequency shots were created in December of 2022 when @harvestrosewitchery decided she missed yelling “shawtssss” while out on the town, but after we stopped drinking, she wanted some other kind of shot to do. Frequency seemed like a better option, and frequency shots were created.)

How Do I Use A Frequency Shot?
Step 1:
Locate which frequency you are feeling called to vibrationally attune to. This might be for an earthly or cosmic purpose. For Example you can utilize a frequency shot to process downloads, connect with the frequency of Arcturus, or assist with Digestive Issues. It’s what you need in that moment!
Step 2:
Get comfy, take a deep breath, and let the frequency attune your vibration. It takes 7 1/2 minutes to align your frequency with the shot, so each experience shot for at least 8 minutes for maximum effectiveness
(Fun Fact: Your body and brain NATURALLY Absorb frequencies and sound just by being present in them in ANY situation, like watching tv, listening to music through a party or car speakers, or being at a concert, you naturally absorb the sound and frequencies whether you know it or not.)
Step 3:
Allow AND Receive! This process requires you to allow your frequency to match the shot. The more energetically clear and open you are to the experience the more you will experience. Focus on being open to receiving the frequency and then experience whatever comes without judgement or “Am I Doing This Right?” because you naturally are!
